The program is a global change journey that focuses on redesigning and upgrading three critical end-to-end processes: solution selling, reliable delivery, and leveraging the benefits of scale. The company needed to eliminate non-productive complexity across all processes.
We directed the implementation of a Change Management Infrastructure framework together, enabling the delivery of vast structural and behavioural change. We designed a strong change management foundation based on six building blocks (sustainable change, communications, capability building, accountability and incentives, role models, and driving initiatives via the teams).
Context
To keep growing, the executive team started a global transformation with the aim of maintaining industry-best relationships with customers, wherever they are located, understanding their needs to provide win-win solutions.
The aim of this program was to produce extremely complex operations that would no longer be competitive, agile, or reliable. People would be exhausted from constant firefighting and lose focus on value-adding activities.
With the transformation, the organization wants to be the best place to work, where the employees are engaged and empowered to create impact. The executive team intended that together, we can contribute to future growth.
Impact
Strong change management foundations supported implementing initiatives covering the three end-to-end processes. Where the business decided ‘what’ needed to be changed, our scope and support were on the ‘how’.
Having a strong change management infrastructure in place, including a strong network, we were able to support the different teams during their transformation period.
Managing uncertainty, getting the teams in place, trained with strong change management foundations was part of the impact we created.

Our transformation program focused on unblocking processes, automating manual steps, and creating constructive processes.
