We evaluated the existing content in the company's change management training and added new, customised information to support the transformation program. We worked closely with the project management team and program directors and covered all their expectations.
Context
Change management principles were assessed as important and needed to be trained to improve individuals' capabilities. We developed and trained a tailor-made training program with the help of L&D experts and external consultants.
