The global headquarters in the US aimed to build a robust HR technology framework in the 4 regions.
The challenge was having the right technology capabilities to run all the initiatives in the small region of Europe (7 countries, 1,000 employees)
Approach
Together with the HR team, based on the corporate roadmaps, we reviewed the existing capabilities and identified the ones necessary for a successful implementation.
We introduced two consultants to help the organization fill the missing capabilities and overcome the challenges.
Impact
The team aims to act as a centralised, dedicated team servicing employees and managers with the proper infrastructure and support to effectively carry out their day-to-day work.
