New Target Operating Model

For an international logistic company, we were engaged to help the organization through the first phase to create a new target operating model for Europe. For this substantial transformation we have taken the lead on creating the organization design of the target organization model and developed the transformation plan and we have helped the organization to prepare for implementation of the intended decision;


As Human Capital Builders team, we delivered the complete organization design, including the legal set-up with regard to the interchangeability of roles and succession planning.

Footprint Transformation

We have been tasked with assisting a leading B2B manufacturing food organization in its "lift and shift" process. Our role is to guide the EMEA regional team throughout their transition as they deal with the impact of 4 manufacturing sites in Central Europe. 


As part of our responsibilities, we have taken on project management, including change management, and have made necessary people and transition announcements. Our next step was to set up a new EMEA HR foundation, including the creation of a TOM, review of policies and procedures, and development of a clear HR roadmap and HR governance.

Despite facing challenging timelines and dealing with internal and external stakeholders, Human Capital Builders performed exceptionally well. Their dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable and their benchmarks and creative solutioning were extremely valuable.
